Thank you for your patience while I was gone. Some of you have been doing tapes/videos to keep in Feldenkrais Shape. What about the rest of you? How are you?
We returned from our trip a week ago. I have been pondering the best plan for the summer, considering comings and goings in our life, and perhaps some in yours. While walking this morning with Judith, I figured out what it will be! Summer Feldenkrais will be outdoors: Walking. The lessons are based on Jack Heggie’s Walking With the Whole Body. We will do it at the track at OIT. We will begin with keeping the same time/day (Monday and Thursday, 2 PM) but as things heat up we will probably switch to earlier (8 or 9 AM), depending on the predicted high temperatures). How does that sound?
There will be inconsistencies with the schedule as we will have some goings and comings ourselves. So watch this space to know for sure when/where/if! But if you show up and no one is there, go for a walk anyway.
First lesson: Monday June 18, right after Father’s Day. 2 PM. Cost: donation to your favorite charity. Let me know if you plan to attend.
