Your Mini-lesson: walk. observe. sense. hips/shoulders as in last weeks lessons. Don’t exaggerate or restrict. Just notice. For a while!!
Then: put one or two fingertips on your sternum, very gently. Feel the movement of your sternum (or lack of movement!) Very slowly, make the movement just a little bit more. Notice how other things may change. You know all the places to check!
